Step 3: Employee Screening
Before a candidate is ever referred to you, we thoroughly screen, personally interview and conduct in-depth reference checks on each prospect. In addition, Jobs In Nonprofits can administer drug testing, additional skills testing, and background checks, depending on your needs.

Step 4: Employee Selection & Follow Up
Jobs In Nonprofits will work with you on the best selection process. Depending on your needs, the following options are available.

Option 1 - Let Jobs In Nonprofits make the decision for you. With our one-day interview process, Jobs In Nonprofits will select the candidate that best fits your skill requirements. And we are right, 95% of the time. For the 5% where the fit is not correct, the day is FREE and we will replace the temp using our second option.

Option 2 - After Job In Nonprofits has thoroughly screened and interviewed candidates, we will send you resumes and together we will choose the best fit.

Either way, once a placement is made, Jobs In Nonprofits will monitor the progress of our employee to ensure they continue to meet your needs and expectations.
